DMCA Report
At Teemoody, we empower creators to design and share unique apparel and merchandise through our platform. Respect for intellectual property is at the core of our community values – and we take any infringement claims seriously.
If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated on our platform, please follow the steps below to submit a formal notice.
A. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
Teemoody enforces a clear and firm policy to:
Remove or block access to any content that appears, in good faith, to infringe upon intellectual property rights once a valid claim has been submitted.
Suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.
If you wish to file a claim, your notice should include:
A clear description of the copyrighted work, trademark, or intellectual property you believe has been infringed (please include registration details if applicable).
Precise identification of the infringing material, including:
An explanation of how the content violates your rights.
A direct link (URL) or enough descriptive detail for us to locate the content.
Your complete contact information:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
A statement made in good faith affirming that the disputed content is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you have the authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your completed notice to our designated contact:
Email: [email protected]
B. What Happens After You File a Report?
Once your report is reviewed and verified:
The reported content will be removed or access to it will be disabled.
The user who posted the content will be notified.
Accounts with repeated or severe violations may be suspended or permanently closed.
C. Filing a Counter-Notice
If your content has been removed and you believe this was done in error or that you have lawful rights to use it, you may submit a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice should include:
Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, explaining why you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your contact information:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
A statement agreeing to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your area (or Teemoody’s location if outside the U.S.) and that you accept service of legal process from the original complainant.
Your physical or electronic signature.
If the original complainant does not provide proof of legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Important Reminder
Submitting a false claim or counter-notice is a serious matter. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly misrepresenting facts in an infringement notice or counter-claim can result in legal consequences, including financial liability for damages and attorney fees.
