If you encounter any problem with your order, please contact us at support@teemoody.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Our support team will assist you in finding the best solution.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size, color, or design?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.
Before finalizing your order, please carefully review all product details – including size, color, quantity, and shipping address – as orders cannot be adjusted once submitted.

Q: Is it possible to cancel an order after placing it?

Yes, but timing is important.

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After 6 hours, cancellation is not possible, as your order may have already entered production.

A 10% cancellation fee applies to all approved cancellations.

Q: Under what conditions can I request a refund?

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • The design, size, or material differs from what you ordered.
  • You received the wrong product.

For a return to be accepted:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Minor defects like loose threads that don’t affect function are not eligible for return.

Q: What information is required for a return or refund request?

  • A copy of your shipping label or receipt.
  • Your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect product.
  • Screenshots of prior conversations with our support team, if any.

Our support team will review and reply within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Ship your item back using a trackable courier and share the tracking info with us.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.

Important: Do not send any returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be lost and ineligible for refunds.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 10–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
